Genny presented their research on the gender identities and pronouns of the more than one million students who filled out the Common App to attend college in Fall 2023 at the ACPA (American College Personnel Association) Conference. Their research findings are available here.

Genny Was Featured in a News Story about Nonbinary Gender Markers
Genny’s experiences with having an “X” on their driver’s license were discussed in a local NPR story about the option to have a nonbinary gender marker on Massachusetts licenses (unfortunately, the story left out Genny talking about how they have white privilege in being able to have a state document identifying them as nonbinary).
